用户/会员运营实习生（马来语）
工作内容：
1. 支持投放素材、活动、用户通知、应用商店等文案的准备与优化工作；
2. 协助进行桌面调研，包括竞手调研/行业研究等；
3. 协助进行用户调研，主要负责英文/马来语的意见收集整理；
4. 协助其他运营相关的支持工作；
岗位要求：
1. 在校本科生/研究生，精通马来语，英文/中文流利；中文优秀者优先；
2. 熟悉当地用户与文化，喜欢中国影视内容，对互联网/视频行业高度敏感，可熟练应用Office软件；
3. 具备团队精神，工作高效，沟通能力强；
4. 每周至少到岗4天，最少实习3个月；
User Growth/Membership operation intern (Bahasa Malaysia)Responsibilities:1. Support copy writing for media buying/events/notices/App Store, etc.2. Support research on competitors, and the industry, etc.3. Assist in user survey, majorly for the collection of users' feedback in BM/ENG.4. Coordinate other operation related supportive tasks.Qualifications:1. Current university student or graduates/postgraduates, native speaker in Bahasa Malaysia, fluent in Chinese (able to clearly communicate in English preferred)2. Familiar with local users and culture, interested in Chinese content, highly sensitive to the OTT business. Proficient in using Office software.3. Good teamwork spirit, efficient and strong communication skills.4. Can work at least 4 days a week for 3 months.
