Senior Finance Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Overall managing Finance responsibilities of UMP China SH new legal entity, building up process and FP&A structure of UMP China.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Accounting
1、Coaching and Review Share Service Center on month-end closing in SAP and HFM;
2、Review statutory reporting and tax audit/reporting.
• FP&A
1、Leading quarterly, rolling forecast and annual plan process (both internally and system submission);
2、Supporting Finance VP to complete forecast & planning reporting and analysis;
3、Providing variance analysis/comments on monthly/quarterly/yearly global and corporate reports;
4、Providing Finance BP to other business teams;
5、Participating in Financial projects if any.
• Compliance and Internal Control Assurance
1、Updating documentation of internal control process when necessary;
2、Regular compliance and internal control review and execution tracking.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED
1、Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent;
2、Knowledge and experience on US GAAP, PRC GAAP and tax operation;
3、Strong accounting knowledge and practical experiences in FP&A area;
4、ERP and Financial reporting system experiences (SAP, HFM will be a plus);
5、Big 4 audit experience will be a plus;
6、Proactive and high ownership on responsibilities, being able to work independently;
7、Good communication skills, willing to learn and initiate solutions;
8、Strong team player.
EDUCATION
Bachelor or above. Overseas education background is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
(and other qualifications & essential traits)
1、Minimum 8 years experiences in Accounting or FP&A;
2、Music industry related experience is a plus.
LANGUAGE
Fluent in English and Chinese, reliable and responsible.
